Choose a home or a home site in one of three distinct neighborhoods: Old Glade, Stonehaven or Woodhaven. Old Glade is a mature neighborhood dating back to the 1970's and offers some of the finest real estate in southern West Virginia.  With most of the resort amenities at your fingertips, this neighborhood features large, classic homes with architecture ranging from southern colonial to modern chic. With the spectacular Cobb Course weaving its way through the neighborhood, homeowners in Old Glade are never at a loss for activities.

The new 18-hole Championship course, also named Woodhaven, winds throughout the neighborhood’s properties.
