Conditions of Offer

This offer is designed for persons who are at least 21 years of age, employed full time or retired, with a minimum annual household income of $150,000 if employed ($50,000 if retired). This package includes two nights’ lodging for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children age 17 or younger) at The Resort at Glade Spring in West Virginia and one 18-hole round of golf for two (including cart) on Stonehaven Golf Course. For $99.00, you can extend your visit for a third night of lodging, or for $199 you can extend your visit for a third night of lodging plus one 18-hole round of golf for two (cart included) on Woodhaven Golf Course. Participation in a 2-hour tour and sales presentation of Glade Springs Village with a real estate professional is required. This promotion is non-transferable and is valid only for individual households. If married or cohabiting, your spouse or significant other must also participate in the tour and sales presentation during the visit. If you arrive but fail to complete your tour and sales presentation, you will be charged for your lodging up to $107.33. This offer expires October 31, 2010. Travel under this offer must be completed prior to December 31, 2010.

To confirm your lodging reservation, a valid major credit card is required. Lodging reservation cancellation must be received more than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date to avoid a charge equal to the number of nights of lodging (up to $107.33) to your credit card. Lodging is subject to availability. If two or more related or affiliated households arrive on the same date, all parties will be disqualified, the vacation package will be cancelled, and you will be charged for your lodging up to $107.33. No pets or motorcycles are allowed. Check in is after 3:00 p.m. ET on the date of your scheduled arrival.

You must present a valid driver’s license and valid major credit card upon check in. A credit card will be required at check in to cover incidentals, including, but not limited to, long distance calls, dining, activities at Glade Springs Village and Glade Springs Resort that require a user/guest fee, etc.

Glade Springs Resort members, Glade Springs Resort property owners, Glade Springs Village members, Glade Springs Village property owners, Cooper Communities, Inc. employees and their families, existing Cooper Communities owners and their families, Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association employees and their families, Bright Enterprises employees and their families, EMCO employees and their families, and assigns of any such entities are ineligible for this offer.

Most activities require payment of a user fee or guest fee and many require advance reservations. This offer is for Glade Springs lodging only and golf as described above. Travel, transportation, airfare, meals, other activities, vacation-related expenses, and taxes are not included.

The approximate retail value of lodging as of the inception date of this promotion is from $196.81/night up to $274.75/night, depending on selected travel dates. The approximate retail for two 18-hole rounds of golf for two, including cart, at Glade Springs Village ranges from $178 up to $198 plus tax.
